Terms and Conditions

- Please be 100% sure before claiming
- Strictly no cancelation of order
- Do not claim if impatient or sensitive to flaws
- All items are PAYO unless stated otherwise
- Cancelation fee is 70% of price claimed
- Late payment fee is 50/day (starts 1 day after DOP)
- All payments are not refundable unless the item is out of stock or got canceled
- monbebecartph have the right to resell unpaid and/or paid item/s to compensate late payment fee/s and/or cancelation fee/s
- All claimers are given 1 month to store item/s or check out their item/s
- All unclaimed items more than 1 month will be resold and no refunds will be provided
- No rush shipping, do not claim if impatient
- Can do combined shipping with other claim/s
- monbebecartph will not be liable for missing or damaged items once forwarded to couriers
- No full raw unboxing video, no refund
- monbebecartph have the right to cancel the transaction if you don't follow the t&c
- Rude, sensitive, and impatient buyers will not be entertained

On hand claims

Mercari claims

- Strictly no cancelation of order
- All items are PAYO to secure
- Do not claim if you are sensitive to flaws so please manage your expectations as mercari sellers do not send vid condi
- Will disclose flaws only if it is stated on the seller's listing
- All items claimed are under FETA once shipped to ph but take note that delays and changes in arrival schedule are inevitable
- Do not claim if impatient as delays may occur due to holidays, conflict in schedule, late shipments, etc
- monbebecartph will notify you once your item/s arrive at JP address, in transit to PH, and once arrive at PH add
- International shipping fee (ISF) is already included in the selling post (₱ all in)
- Packing fee and local shipping fee will be collected once claim/s are on hand
- Combined shipping is possible
- monbebecart will not be liable if the mercari seller turns out to be a scammer
- monbebecartph will not be liable for any delayed, missed, or damaged items during in transit
